There is so much that is being left to regulation and total power within the minister's discretion of how the regulations are passed. Would he like to comment on how this compares to some of the other legislation we have seen through this House that is poorly prepared, ill-thought-out, incomplete, and left up to the public or others to worry about afterwards? There seems to be consistency here.</p>",

Pourrait-il nous dire s'il y voit une similitude avec les autres projets de loi \u00e9tudi\u00e9s par la Chambre qui avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 mal pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, sans r\u00e9flexion suffisante, qui \u00e9taient incomplets et qui ont sem\u00e9 l'inqui\u00e9tude apr\u00e8s coup dans le public en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et parmi certaines personnes. On dirait qu'il s'en d\u00e9gage une certaine tendance.</p>"
