The process has been botched.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4435900\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Will the minister listen to Saint-Cuthbert's elected officials and residents who are calling for a ministerial order? Will he put a stop to this project that nobody wants?</p>",
