It is the new provincial government's prerogative to make whatever decisions it likes, and it is asking the federal government to delay the passing of Bill <a data-HoCid=\"8139986\" href=\"/bills/42-1/C-10/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Air Canada Public Participation Act and to provide for certain other measures\">C-10</a>, because this bill does not guarantee any jobs in Manitoba. That is what the deputy premier herself told us in committee.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4395829\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Who are we, in this House, to question the word of the new deputy premier of the Province of Manitoba? That is not my intent.</p>",
