It should not just simply be money out the door, and a hope that we will see a proper return.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4367850\" data-originallang=\"en\">Could the member maybe discuss the importance of ensuring there is good value for taxpayer money, and maybe give some thoughts about what things he will be looking at as the government moves forward on its plans in this area?</p>",
