The Conservatives will be dishonest with the facts. The New Democrats, in the last election, said that they were not going to have a deficit at all in the next couple of years.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4191222\" data-originallang=\"en\">There is a distinct difference. Liberals believe that deficits can be a good thing. That is why we will allow them to occur. It is the way in which we can drive, and be supportive of, the economy, adding wealth to our economy.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4191223\" data-originallang=\"en\">We believe in Canada's middle class. We will have deficits when there is a need to have a deficit.</p>",
