        "en": "<p data-HoCid=\"4690262\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Mr. Speaker, I thank my colleague for his speech.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4690263\" data-originallang=\"fr\">I would like to remind him that credit card companies never give average Quebeckers a break.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4690264\" data-originallang=\"fr\">On that topic, one of my constituents, who owns a supermarket, came to see me to tell me how ridiculously expensive credit cards are for both consumers and retailers.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4690265\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Obviously, the Liberals were so busy playing holier than thou throughout the election campaign that now we have to constantly remind them that they promised that everything would be fine. In reality, what we are seeing is the return of omnibus bills. What is more, the Liberals do not even have the guts to deal with the real problem, the exorbitant interest rates on credit cards. It gets even better. They are giving our infrastructure and great returns to their friends the banks while continuing to run up the deficit. Who will get that interest? The banks.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4690266\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Why are the Liberals favouring banks to the detriment of consumers in Quebec and Canada?</p>",

Finalement, on assiste au retour des projets de loi omnibus. De plus, ils n'ont m\u00eame pas le culot d'aborder le vrai probl\u00e8me, \u00e0 savoir les taux abusifs qu'utilisent les cartes de cr\u00e9dit. Encore mieux, non seulement ils sont contents d'offrir nos infrastructures avec de gros rendements \u00e0 leurs grandes amies les banques, mais ils grossissent encore le d\u00e9ficit. \u00c0 qui iront ces int\u00e9r\u00eats? Ils iront aux banques. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4690266\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Pourquoi les lib\u00e9raux favorisent-ils les banques au d\u00e9triment des consommateurs du Qu\u00e9bec et du Canada?</p>"
