I spoke to my time on the health board and a particular issue we had.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4665101\" data-originallang=\"en\">In any event, if the member is looking for me to say that at some point or another I have, can be, or was critical of the provincial government, yes, as the mayor of a municipality in Ontario, we obviously took positions that were sometimes critical.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4665102\" data-originallang=\"en\"> I cannot recall this exact reference the member is bringing up other than to say that, yes, there are always times when municipalities have to show the provincial government if they are not happy with them. I would encourage any municipality to do that.</p>",
