"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"4096402\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Mr. Speaker, I appreciate the comments from the member for <a data-HoCid=\"170324\" href=\"/politicians/pierre-luc-dusseault/\" title=\"Pierre-Luc Dusseault\">Sherbrooke</a>, who chairs one of the most prestigious committees on Parliament Hill.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4096403\" data-originallang=\"fr\">This member has a good understanding and quickly learned the rules and procedures of the House of Commons, as well as the importance of a dialogue among all the parties in the House. However, there was never any dialogue because the government took control. A motion was imposed on the House and now we can see the outcome: there is less access and the planning is worse than before.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4096404\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Things obviously need to change, and we hope that the Standing Committee on Procedure and House Affairs will look at this issue and give the government some very clear direction.</p>",
