When I think of how I would try to put it, I would suggest that it is a very unfair budget. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4065297\" data-originallang=\"en\">This is a budget that would do nothing to support Canada's middle class or people who aspire to become members of the middle class. There would not be any investment in a tangible way in infrastructure, when we know that virtually every municipality in every region of the country is in need of infrastructure spending, not two years from now, after the election, but this year so that they can be developing infrastructure this summer, not to mention the previous years when the government failed to deliver.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"4065298\" data-originallang=\"en\">My question for the member relates to the <a data-HoCid=\"204553\" href=\"/politicians/joe-oliver/\" title=\"Joe Oliver\">Minister of Finance</a> making reference to letting the <a data-HoCid=\"78738\" href=\"/politicians/stephen-harper/\" title=\"Stephen Harper\">Prime Minister</a>'s granddaughter deal with the issue. Does he not believe that there is a responsibility for the Government of Canada to start governing for today, not pass off issues to our grandchildren?</p>",
