When we look at the issue, we see that one of the concerns is that inputs can come from many different aspects, whether they be the department of health, justice, or finance. It is important that it be a special committee and, in fact if done properly, that would be a very comprehensive approach to dealing with this in terms of consultations and invitations of people who would be able to participate.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3982871\" data-originallang=\"en\">Maybe the member could add some further comment to that aspect.</p>",
