Would the member for <a data-HoCid=\"170151\" href=\"/politicians/marjolaine-boutin-sweet/\" title=\"Marjolaine Boutin-Sweet\">Hochelaga</a> be opposed to that? We are seeing a huge investment into her province of Quebec. Is she going to vote against that?</p>",
