We said we support trade agreements and we agree on trade, but such agreements must be properly prepared and negotiated. They must not be done the Liberals' way, that is by signing them and then closing our eyes and hoping for the best.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3764963\" data-originallang=\"en\">This is a good opportunity to read what Mr. Thang Nguyen, president and CEO of BPSOS, Boat People SOS, had to say. He said:</p>\n<blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"3764964\" data-originallang=\"en\">We have a good opportunity right now through the negotiations on the Trans-Pacific Partnership or TPP to demand that the Vietnamese government must fully respect the rights of workers to form or join a free and independent labour union and to unconditionally release all imprisoned labour organizers as a pre-condition for Vietnam's membership or partnership in the TPP negotiations.</p>\n</blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"3764965\" data-originallang=\"en\">Again, we have the Liberals supporting the Honduras free trade agreement, knowing all the issues happening there right now with respect to human rights and labour rights, but they do not care. </p>",

Ils ne doivent pas \u00eatre fait \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on des lib\u00e9raux, c'est-\u00e0-dire qu'on signe, puis on ferme les yeux en esp\u00e9rant que tout aille bien.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3764963\" data-originallang=\"en\">L'occasion est bonne pour citer les propos de Thang Nguyen, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Boat People SOS, ou BPSOS:</p>\n<blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"3764964\" data-originallang=\"en\">Les n\u00e9gociations entourant le Partenariat transpacifique, ou PTP, sont une bonne occasion d'exiger, comme condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l'adh\u00e9sion du Vietnam ou \u00e0 l'\u00e9tablissement d'un partenariat avec ce pays dans le cadre du PTP, que le gouvernement du Vietnam respecte pleinement le droit des travailleurs de former un syndicat libre et ind\u00e9pendant ou d'y adh\u00e9rer, et qu'il lib\u00e8re, sans condition, tous les organisateurs syndicaux emprisonn\u00e9s.</p>\n</blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"3764965\" data-originallang=\"en\">Encore une fois, les lib\u00e9raux appuient l'accord de libre-\u00e9change avec le Honduras malgr\u00e9 toutes les lacunes observ\u00e9es dans ce pays au chapitre des droits de la personne et des travailleurs, mais peu leur importe.</p>"
