The way the government is trying to roll back Canadians' privacy rights is not constitutional.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3803864\" data-originallang=\"en\">Does the minister intend to allow bills like Bill <a data-HoCid=\"6258538\" href=\"/bills/41-2/C-4/\" title=\"A second act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 21, 2013 and other measures\">C-4</a>, Bill <a data-HoCid=\"6301394\" href=\"/bills/41-2/C-13/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Criminal Code, the Canada Evidence Act, the Competition Act and the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Act\">C-13</a>, and Bill <a data-HoCid=\"6483626\" href=\"/bills/41-2/C-31/\" title=\"An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on February 11, 2014 and other measures\">C-31</a> to pass into law just so they can also be struck down later, or will he respect the court's rulings and redraft these bills as even his own people are recommending?</p>",
