Fortunately, making a fool of oneself is not harmful to one's health.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3803851\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Some provisions of Bill <a data-HoCid=\"6301394\" href=\"/bills/41-2/C-13/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Criminal Code, the Canada Evidence Act, the Competition Act and the Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters Act\">C-13</a> run completely contrary to this ruling. The bill allows businesses to turn over their clients' personal information without a warrant from a judge. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3803852\" data-originallang=\"fr\">The minister does not have to sacrifice privacy in order to fight cyberbullying. Why is he doing that?</p>",
