They are very dangerous. They last a long time, even after they are dropped. They cause serious damage to people who come in contact with these explosives.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3800389\" data-originallang=\"en\">The Conservatives have been sitting on this since 2008. They had the opportunity to bring this forward many years ago. We are now in 2014. It took them six years to address this issue which is very important around the world. They sat on their seats, basically.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3800390\" data-originallang=\"en\">Again, I urge the government to adopt the amendments we are offering to improve the bill and to show leadership around the world.</p>",
