I can assure her that action is being taken with respect to federal penitentiaries.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3790859\" data-originallang=\"fr\">As for what happened at the provincial prison in Quebec City, we are offering our assistance to the Quebec government. It is important to recognize that a no-fly zone is a limited method that criminals can disregard to get what they want. However, we will continue to work with the Government of Quebec.</p>",
