This specific case involves legislation affecting all Canadians, without exception. It will change the order of things and, at the end of the day, will do nothing but harm our democratic institutions.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3718350\" data-originallang=\"fr\">To summarize the context this was done in, I will quote my leader, who aptly described the Conservative mentality as follows: \u201cthey love being in power, but they do not like governing\u201d.</p>",
