The first nations were not satisfied because they felt their concerns were not heard and that all the government had to do was simply change the draft bill to ensure it met the five conditions the hon. member talked about earlier. I will not repeat them.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3689903\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Why did the Conservatives not do that?</p>",
