It has been said over and over again tonight that we are all very concerned about famine.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3687722\" data-originallang=\"en\">I have two questions. How does the government envision its role in bringing parties back to the negotiating table under IGAD? How will the government respond to the influx of refugees from neighbouring countries?</p>",
