That is a policy that the present Prime Minister brought into place.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3626236\" data-originallang=\"en\">I am proud of the fact that this government has reduced the use of Challengers by some 75% in comparison to the previous Liberal government.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3626237\" data-originallang=\"en\">At the same time, the <a data-HoCid=\"181199\" href=\"/politicians/thomas-mulcair/\" title=\"Thomas Mulcair\">Leader of the Opposition</a> might want to explain why he is charging taxpayers for offices across this country where he has no members of Parliament.</p>",
