He might want to consider taking a mulligan on this one.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3567842\" data-originallang=\"en\">Today's budget creates a totally disingenuous surplus through cuts to equipment for our troops, through the sale of assets at yard sale prices, and through an artificially high EI payroll tax. The minister knows full well that the EI account is set to balance at the end of this year, but by not letting the rates fall, he is leaving an added payroll burden on employers across this country and, in turn, stifling job development.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3567843\" data-originallang=\"en\">Will the minister reconsider this blatant mistake in policy and unlock the premium rates?</p>",

Le ministre sait tr\u00e8s bien que le compte d'assurance-emploi sera \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 d'ici la fin de l'ann\u00e9e. En ne laissant pas les taux diminuer, il impose un fardeau suppl\u00e9mentaire aux employeurs du pays et nuit ainsi \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d'emplois.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3567843\" data-originallang=\"en\">Le ministre va-t-il envisager de corriger cette erreur flagrante et de ne pas geler le taux de cotisation?</p>"
