Every time I hear her speak to Bill <a data-HoCid=\"6254806\" href=\"/bills/41-2/C-2/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act\">C-2</a>, I always learn a bit more.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3918143\" data-originallang=\"fr\">With this being the final stage, I would like her to talk a little more about the vocation and mission of the InSite centre specifically, as well as the way it has helped the people in the surrounding area in the neighbourhood she represents and how it has made the Vancouver East communities safer. The member also alluded to the government's response to the Supreme Court ruling.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3918144\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Would she like to elaborate on those issues?</p>",
