"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"3837704\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Mr. Speaker, I am very proud to rise today to recognize the contribution of the Lake Saint-Pierre area of prime concern committee, or ZIP committee, to environmental protection. On September 18, that organization was at the National Assembly accepting the Phoenix Award, Quebec's most prestigious environmental award. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3837705\" data-originallang=\"fr\">The ZIP committee earned the award in the \u201cnon-profit organizations, non-educational institutions, research centres or associations\u201d for its Protection project and the development of the Saint-Eug\u00e8ne marsh.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3837706\" data-originallang=\"fr\">I want to congratulate the ZIP committee on the excellent work it does. Protecting the environment is a critical issue for everyone in the NDP.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3837707\" data-originallang=\"fr\">The Saint-Eug\u00e8ne marsh is a valuable natural landscape in Trois-Rivi\u00e8res. To revitalize this wetland, the ZIP committee coordinated the reflooding and recreational development of the area and worked to increase public awareness among users.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3837708\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Once again, thank you very much and congratulations to the ZIP committee.</p>",

La protection de l'environnement est un enjeu crucial pour mes coll\u00e8gues du NPD et moi-m\u00eame. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3837707\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Le marais Saint-Eug\u00e8ne repr\u00e9sente une valeur naturelle dans le paysage de Trois-Rivi\u00e8res. Pour revitaliser ce milieu humide, le Comit\u00e9 ZIP a coordonn\u00e9 sa remise en eau, son am\u00e9nagement r\u00e9cr\u00e9otouristique et la sensibilisation de ses usagers. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3837708\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Encore une fois, merci beaucoup et f\u00e9licitations au Comit\u00e9 ZIP.</p>"
