The court said that these cuts jeopardized the lives of children in a manner \u201cthat shocks the conscience and outrages our standards of decency.\u201d This is a recurrent theme for the government.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3837804\" data-originallang=\"en\">This is about saving the lives of kids. This is about providing prenatal care for women. This is about our shared values.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3837805\" data-originallang=\"en\">Will the government do the right thing and drop this court challenge?</p>",
