They largely draw the attention of the House of Commons to the fact that cluster munitions are morally and ethically reprehensible. They criticize Bill <a data-HoCid=\"5515475\" href=\"/bills/41-1/S-10/\" title=\"An Act to implement the Convention on Cluster Munitions\">S-10</a>, saying that it contains language that results in loopholes and exceptions, which run counter to the object and purpose of the treaty and undermine its spirit and intent.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3404864\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Therefore, these petitioners call upon Parliament to amend Bill <a data-HoCid=\"5515475\" href=\"/bills/41-1/S-10/\" title=\"An Act to implement the Convention on Cluster Munitions\">S-10</a> to close the loopholes and make it clear that no Canadian should ever be involved in any use of cluster munitions for any reasons, anytime, anywhere, for anyone.</p>",
