That is how much they care about listening when we are talking about the tax and economic issues that affect our constituents. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3399371\" data-originallang=\"fr\">My constituents are honest. They pay their taxes. When people do not pay, it is often because they are bankrupt, they are unable to pay or they are unemployed and so poor that they do not owe any taxes. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3399372\" data-originallang=\"fr\">My question for my colleague is about the exact nature of bank transfers and how Canadian institutions are complicit but nothing ever happens to them.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3399373\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Could he expand on that and tell us what an NDP government would do to prevent Canadian financial institutions from being complicit in making our country poorer?</p>",

Ils paient leurs imp\u00f4ts. Lorsque des gens ne les paient pas, c'est bien souvent parce qu'ils sont en faillite, parce qu'ils ne le peuvent pas ou parce qu'ils sont ch\u00f4meurs et tellement pauvres qu'ils n'ont pas d'imp\u00f4t \u00e0 payer.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3399372\" data-originallang=\"fr\">La question que je veux poser \u00e0 mon confr\u00e8re concerne la nature exacte des transferts bancaires et la complicit\u00e9 des institutions canadiennes, qui ne sont jamais paralys\u00e9es.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3399373\" data-originallang=\"fr\"> Pourrait-il d\u00e9velopper ce sujet et nous dire ce qu'un gouvernement n\u00e9o-d\u00e9mocrate ferait pour emp\u00eacher cette coop\u00e9ration des institutions financi\u00e8res canadiennes qui contribue \u00e0 l'appauvrissement de notre pays?</p>"
