They were totally ignoring the umpire's decision in 2007 in the Rougas case, which showed that the government had been misinterpreting the law tabled by the Liberals in 2002.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3328189\" data-originallang=\"en\">When the <a data-HoCid=\"78738\" href=\"/politicians/stephen-harper/\" title=\"Stephen Harper\">Prime Minister</a> was confronted with this disgraceful action, he said, \u201cthe government is looking at a way to resolve this\u201d.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3328190\" data-originallang=\"en\">Here is a simple question: Will the minister get Ms. Kittmer her benefits now, or do the <a data-HoCid=\"78738\" href=\"/politicians/stephen-harper/\" title=\"Stephen Harper\">Prime Minister</a>'s words mean absolutely nothing?</p>",
