What is more, this government continues to refuse to scrap its new tax on the middle class, saying that the tariff will be paid by Chinese companies and not Canadian consumers. Not one economist seems to agree.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3300420\" data-originallang=\"fr\">Where is the study to back up this questionable prediction?</p>",
