I think they have identified that. However, if this is so important to the Liberal Party, if it is not just about cheap political points for the Liberals, and if this is the most important issue to them, why is it that their leader could not stand in his place and make the case? Why is it that day in and day out the leader of the Liberal Party sits there and asks somebody else to do the hard work on what he thinks is the most important issue for Canadians?</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3483017\" data-originallang=\"en\">I wonder if the hon. member might comment on the fact that the Liberal leader seems to be constantly missing in action. Even when it is something he calls a priority, he seems to be too busy to take up that challenge. I wonder if the hon. member might comment on that.</p>",

Par contre, si cette question est aussi importante que ce que pr\u00e9tendent les lib\u00e9raux \u2014 si c'est une question prioritaire pour eux et qu'il ne s'agit pas simplement de se faire du capital politique \u2014, pourquoi le chef lib\u00e9ral ne d\u00e9fend-il pas lui-m\u00eame la position de son parti? Si le chef lib\u00e9ral juge que cette question est l'enjeu le plus important pour les Canadiens, pourquoi demande-t-il toujours \u00e0 quelqu'un d'autre de faire le gros du travail? </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3483017\" data-originallang=\"en\">Que pense le d\u00e9put\u00e9 du fait que le chef lib\u00e9ral semble constamment manquer \u00e0 l'appel? Il s'agit selon lui d'une priorit\u00e9, mais il est trop occup\u00e9 pour s'en occuper. Qu'en pense le d\u00e9put\u00e9?</p>"
