Please tell us how many people in the <a data-HoCid=\"78738\" href=\"/politicians/stephen-harper/\" title=\"Stephen Harper\">Prime Minister</a>'s Office were aware of the second cheque, the one to pay Mike Duffy's legal expenses.</p>",
