As I mentioned in my speech, there are actually territorial and provincial surcharges that are levied along with federal ones. The difference is that provincial and territorial ones are automatic. The federal ones have not actually been implemented, as was originally perceived.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2973208\" data-originallang=\"en\">We are looking forward to this going ahead and have this be a more certain element of the justice system to help victims.</p>",
