The Senate committee responsible for examining the financial system and its regulations studied this bill thoroughly. One of the Senate's mandates is to propose and analyze such bills. It began the process in 2010 and we are very pleased with the excellent job it did. That is why we are proposing that the bill be enacted.</p>",
