The Business Development Bank of Canada, the BDC, will contribute $10 million to this fund. We applaud that decision.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"3004440\" data-originallang=\"fr\">However, we have a very simple question for the minister responsible for the BDC: when will similar funds be announced for the other provinces and territories?</p>",
