I apologize.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2619317\" data-originallang=\"en\">The member brought up a good point. The member may be talking about section 35. That is the overbearing part of the bill that has to be addressed. I hope we consider that because sometimes this stuff is not quite defined as to how one acts in particular situations. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2619318\" data-originallang=\"en\">My colleague brought up the point that in this case, if it is over excessive, then the courts need to have this legislation and that change in order to exercise due caution, certainly when it comes to prosecutors, judges and juries.</p>",
