I do not believe it is the position of the Government of Quebec that the Senate be abolished.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2587787\" data-originallang=\"en\">Is that the position of the NDP, that we should reopen the Constitution and have a national debate over whether we should kill the Senate?</p>",
