Bill <a data-HoCid=\"4371983\" href=\"/bills/40-3/C-9/\" title=\"An Act to implement certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 4, 2010 and other measures\">C-9</a> talks about streamlining the environmental processes and vetting projects through environmental screenings; but in this particular situation, is that going to change in the next little while? Does the master plan look after that? Is he not concerned about that? </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1987962\" data-originallang=\"en\">I know he has spoken passionately about this issue for quite some time. The government seems to be talking a lot about it, but there does not seem to be a lot of meat to it. I was wondering if the hon. member could address that. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1987963\" data-originallang=\"en\">Furthermore, although it is said that that the 50-year plan will be renewed every 10 years and be tabled in the House, does the hon. member not think that we should also vet that plan in some formalized debate?</p>",
