She stated that I, during the human resources committee, confirmed that the Liberal Party did not give any choice to parents for child care. That statement is totally unacceptable. I never said any such thing. Now I am correcting the record on what was said about me, with due respect.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1879721\" data-originallang=\"en\">During that committee, I was talking about a woman who could not get child care or another job because she had no child care and she ended up on welfare, which was no choice at all, and that $100 a month gave nobody any choice whatsoever. In fact, the minister responded to a question by saying that she was providing choice with $100. That does not even provide babysitting for one day.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1879722\" data-originallang=\"en\">The hon. member should apologize for totally misinforming the House about what I said at committee.</p>",

J'ai dit que ce n'\u00e9tait pas du tout un choix et que ces 100 $ par mois ne laissaient le choix \u00e0 personne. En fait, la ministre a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 une question en disant qu'avec 100 $, elle donnait un choix. Cette somme ne suffit m\u00eame pas \u00e0 payer un jour de service de garde.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1879722\" data-originallang=\"en\">La d\u00e9put\u00e9e devrait s'excuser d'avoir induit la Chambre en erreur concernant les propos que j'ai tenus au comit\u00e9.</p>"
