And his company improperly lobbied the <a data-HoCid=\"128696\" href=\"/politicians/john-baird/\" title=\"John Baird\">Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities</a> last summer.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1876098\" data-originallang=\"en\">Why did the <a data-HoCid=\"78738\" href=\"/politicians/stephen-harper/\" title=\"Stephen Harper\">Prime Minister</a> take so long to act and be accountable?</p>",
