That is 83% higher than the same period last year.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1870928\" data-originallang=\"fr\">In order to \u201cdecarbonize\u201d our economy and make it greener, should the government not have drawn inspiration from the Obama administration's budget from a few months ago and invested more per capita in energy efficiency and sustainable development?</p>",
