My colleague's party is once again prepared to vote against implementing the budget, but not to actually defeat it. The Liberals will abstain from voting, as they did for the budget itself. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1867523\" data-originallang=\"fr\">How does my colleague explain such deceitful behaviour to his constituents? How does he explain that today, his leader introduced Bill <a data-HoCid=\"4328748\" href=\"/bills/40-3/C-471/\" title=\"An Act respecting the implementation of the recommendations of the Pay Equity Task Force and amending another Act in consequence\">C-471</a>, which aims to provide pay equity for women, but will then see to it that this equity is not enforced?</p>",
