The Conservatives have decided not to fund the $80 million for the eco-energy retrofit homes. They apparently never intended to renew the renewable power or renewable heat programs for eco-energy. They are moving the environmental assessments for energy projects away from the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency and gutting environmental action projects in general with virtually no action for climate change.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1846592\" data-originallang=\"en\">Would the knowledgeable member, who is professor-like in his knowledge, give the Conservatives a grade of A, B, C, D or F on their environmental action in this budget?</p>",

Apparemment, ils n'ont jamais eu l'intention de renouveler le programme \u00e9co\u00c9NERGIE pour l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 ou le chauffage renouvelables. Ils retirent \u00e0 l'Agence canadienne d'\u00e9valuation environnementale la responsabilit\u00e9 d'effectuer les \u00e9valuations environnementales et sabrent dans les projets d'action environnementale en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, pratiquement sans prendre de mesures pour lutter contre les changements climatiques.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1846592\" data-originallang=\"en\">Le d\u00e9put\u00e9-expert, qui poss\u00e8de des connaissances dignes d'un professeur, donnerait-il un A, un B, un C, un D ou un F aux conservateurs pour les mesures environnementales pr\u00e9vues dans ce budget?</p>"
