"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"1801697\" data-originallang=\"en\">Madam Speaker, I rather enjoyed the lecture from the member for <a data-HoCid=\"128358\" href=\"/politicians/wayne-easter/\" title=\"Wayne Easter\">Malpeque</a>.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1801698\" data-originallang=\"en\">The member for Malpeque spoke a lot about borrowed money. He should know very well about borrowed money. When he talked about the surpluses of his government, that was borrowed money all right. It was borrowed from the health care of Canadians. It was borrowed from the education plans of Canadians. It was borrowed from the provinces and the seniors.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1801699\" data-originallang=\"en\">The audacity of the member is unbelievable, to stand in the House and lecture our government. We are working with the provinces and the municipalities to fund the social needs of the provinces and the infrastructure needs of the municipalities. For the member to stand in the House and lecture us is unreal and unbelievable.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1801700\" data-originallang=\"en\">The member asked about the Atlantic gateway. I can speak to the Atlantic gateway from a New Brunswick context. We have seen many examples of increasing the benefits of the Atlantic gateway. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1801701\" data-originallang=\"en\">It was not all that long ago that the <a data-HoCid=\"78738\" href=\"/politicians/stephen-harper/\" title=\"Stephen Harper\">Prime Minister</a> was in New Brunswick and we opened the third border crossing, a new border crossing between St. Stephen and Calais. I was pleased to be at that event. Yesterday the Government of New Brunswick announced a program for twinning the highway to that border crossing. These are great examples of the Atlantic gateway.</p>",

Il ose faire la le\u00e7on au gouvernement en pleine Chambre des communes. Nous travaillons avec les provinces et les municipalit\u00e9s pour financer les besoins des provinces en mati\u00e8re de services sociaux et les besoins des municipalit\u00e9s sur le plan des infrastructures. C'est absolument incroyable de voir le d\u00e9put\u00e9 nous sermonner \u00e0 la Chambre.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1801700\" data-originallang=\"en\">Le d\u00e9put\u00e9 s'interroge au sujet de la porte d'entr\u00e9e de l'Atlantique. Je peux en parler dans le contexte du Nouveau-Brunswick. Nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 t\u00e9moins de nombreux exemples de la bonification des avantages de la porte d'entr\u00e9e de l'Atlantique.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1801701\" data-originallang=\"en\">Il n'y a pas si longtemps, le <a data-HoCid=\"78738\" href=\"/politicians/stephen-harper/\" title=\"Stephen Harper\">premier ministre</a> se trouvait au Nouveau-Brunswick \u00e0 l'occasion de l'ouverture du troisi\u00e8me poste frontalier, qui se situe entre St. Stephen et Calais. J'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 heureux de participer \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.
