I will read the WHO, World Health Organization, definition of family planning. It states:</p>\n<blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"1820581\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Family planning allows individuals and couples to anticipate and attain their desired number of children and the spacing and timing of their births. It is achieved through use of contraceptive methods and the treatment of involuntary infertility. A woman\u2019s ability to space and limit her pregnancies has a direct impact on her health and well-being as well as on the outcome of each pregnancy. </p>\n</blockquote><p data-HoCid=\"1820582\" data-originallang=\"en\">In Italy last year, the <a data-HoCid=\"78738\" href=\"/politicians/stephen-harper/\" title=\"Stephen Harper\">Prime Minister</a> signed on to supporting women's and men's access to a full range of family planning options. Does the member support the World Health Organization's definition of family planning and will his government support that definition and achieve those goals at this year's G8 summit in Ontario?</p>",
