Now those funds have run out, and the Conservatives are offering a mere $19 million a year to replace them.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1812150\" data-originallang=\"fr\">The <a data-HoCid=\"147121\" href=\"/politicians/keith-ashfield/\" title=\"Keith Ashfield\">Minister of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency</a> should do as his colleague, the <a data-HoCid=\"128698\" href=\"/politicians/tony-clement/\" title=\"Tony Clement\">Minister of Industry</a>, did: apologize for the cuts and restore the programs with 2009-level funding.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1812151\" data-originallang=\"fr\">When will the minister take action for the people of Atlantic Canada?</p>",
