He does not even know, yet in our debate he is challenging with the question of how one feels about a 15-day sentence, without any facts or statistical data at all. That is not a good way to debate public policy.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2219448\" data-originallang=\"en\"> How does the member feel about that?</p>",
