The petitioners believe that the parole system should be changed and they present 151 signatures in support of Bill <a data-HoCid=\"4615792\" href=\"/bills/40-3/C-39/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Corrections and Conditional Release Act and to make consequential amendments to other Acts\">C-39</a>, and 156 signatures in support of Bill <a data-HoCid=\"4668958\" href=\"/bills/40-3/C-48/\" title=\"An Act to amend the Criminal Code and to make consequential amendments to the National Defence Act\">C-48</a>, asking that the system be changed to give more fairness to victims of crime.</p>",
