The Canadian Wheat Board is one, through orderly marketing; supply management is the other, through the kind of supply system matching supply to meet effective demand.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2256686\" data-originallang=\"en\">The fact of the matter is that what is worrying to us is that realized net farm income derived from the international marketplace has been in a negative position for many years. We need to ensure that we get those numbers out of the red and into the black in any negotiation going forward.</p>",
