Marlene Jennings (Notre-Dame-de-Gr\u00e2ce\u2014Lachine, Lib.)", "fr": ""}, "content": {"en": "<p data-HoCid=\"2135933\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Speaker, I would like to pay tribute and honour the life of Stanley Baker, a long-time Liberal and former president of my riding association of Notre-Dame-de-Gr\u00e2ce\u2014Lachine. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2135934\" data-originallang=\"en\">Mr. Baker passed away yesterday, November 1, at the age of 87. He was an active member of the community, with the Rotary Club of Westmount, the Congregation Shaar Hashomayim, the Westmount Lawn Bowling Club and the McGill Institute for Learning and Retirement. I admired him greatly for his commitments.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2135935\" data-originallang=\"fr\">On behalf of the Liberal Party of Canada, I thank Mr. Baker for his dedication to and his work for the party. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2135936\" data-originallang=\"fr\">He will be missed by the community, not only because of his commitment, but also because of his kindness and warm personality.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2135937\" data-originallang=\"fr\">I offer my sincere condolences to his son, Dr. Arnie, and his daughter Barbara.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"2135938\" data-originallang=\"fr\">He will certainly be missed by all of us.</p>", "fr": "<p data-HoCid=\"2135933\" data-originallang=\"en\">Monsieur le Pr\u00e9sident, je veux honorer la m\u00e9moire de M.
