Its inaction has put the pensions of workers from Nortel and other collapsed companies at risk.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1596297\" data-originallang=\"en\"> Earlier this week, the <a data-HoCid=\"128698\" href=\"/politicians/tony-clement/\" title=\"Tony Clement\">industry minister</a> said, in reference to the bill that was passed, \u201cWe are looking forward to enacting these regulations forthwith\u201d. According to my copy of the Oxford Dictionary, \u201cforthwith\u201d means \u201cwithout delay\u201d.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1596298\" data-originallang=\"en\">My question for the minister is, where is the bill? When is it coming forward and where are the results for Canadian workers?</p>",
