We are helping those who are hardest hit. We are investing in training. We are creating jobs.</p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1595447\" data-originallang=\"en\">If there were another process the opposition parties wished to pursue, there is an avenue by which they could have pursued it. They chose not to. </p>\n<p data-HoCid=\"1595448\" data-originallang=\"en\">We are bringing forward this bill in very good faith. We believe we need to benefit the Canadians who need it most and we will continue to do that.</p>",
